The Chippewa Hills Warriors (Remus, MI) baseball the host Kent City Eagles (Kent City, MI), 7-4 in Friday's league challenge.
The Warriors now own a 9-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newaygo for a Central State outing on Monday, May 12. Chippewa Hills will battle a Lions squad coming off a 13-0 non-league loss to Sparta (Sparta, MI). The Lions record now stands at 10-6.
The Eagles (9-11) will now prepare for their outing against Central Montcalm (Stanton, MI). The Hornets come into the Central State outing with a 14-4 record. In their last outing, Central Montcalm tipped Breckenridge (Breckenridge, MI), 10-4, in a non-league outing.
