The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Memorial Mustangs (Houston, TX) and the host George Ranch Longhorns (Richmond, TX), saw Memorial's baseball team get by George Ranch by a margin of 3-2.
The Mustangs (29-3) will now prepare for their battle against Kingwood (Kingwood, TX). The Mustangs enter the non-league battle with a 32-3 record. In their last battle, Kingwood held off Alvin (Alvin, TX), 15-5, in a non-league battle.
