The Grand Island Vikings baseball squad (Grand Island, NY), was overwhelmed 7-0 in Friday's league contest with the visiting Niagara Falls Wolverines (Niagara Falls, NY)

With the triumph, Niagara Falls moves its record to 10-1 on the season. The Wolverines travel to North Tonawanda (North Tonawanda, NY) to confront the Lumberjacks in a NFL contest on Saturday, May 10. The Lumberjacks come into the contest with a record of 1-5. North Tonawanda lost 12-7 in their recent league contest against Grand Island (Grand Island, NY)

The Vikings now possess a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kenmore West for a NFL contest on Monday, May 12. Grand Island will confront a Blue Devils squad coming off a 7-3 non-league win over St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute (Buffalo, NY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-7.
