Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Titusville defeats Grove City

May 9, 2025: Titusville, PA 16354

The crowd at Friday's league battle between the Titusville Rockets (Titusville, PA) and the visiting Grove City Eagles (Grove City, PA), saw Titusville's baseball team gain a win over Grove City by a tally of 8-1.

The Rockets (14-2) will now prepare for their battle against Oil City (Oil City, PA). The Oilers enter the District 10 Region 2 battle with a 5-10 record. In their last battle, Oil City held off Slippery Rock (Slippery Rock, PA), 9-7, in a league battle.

Next, the Eagles face the Franklin Knights (Franklin, PA) in a District 10 Region 2 battle, on Monday, May 12. Grove City will attempt to upgrade on its 3-13 season record. The Knights enter the battle with a 9-8 record after their 9-6 league win over Hickory (Hermitage, PA).
