The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Orange Lions (Pepper Pike, OH) and the visiting Holy Name Green Wave (Parma Heights, OH), saw Orange's baseball team gain a win over Holy Name by a tally of 9-7.

The Lions (3-11) will now prepare for their battle against Independence (Independence, OH). The Blue Devils enter the non-league battle with a 13-3 record.

Next, the Green Wave face the North Olmsted Eagles (North Olmsted, OH) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 10. Holy Name will attempt to upgrade on its 8-11 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 5-8 record after their 10-0 league loss to Normandy (Parma, OH).
