The North Bend Bulldogs baseball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Marist Spartans to 4 in the Bulldogs league win on Friday.
The Bulldogs now own a 11-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Junction City for a 4A Sky Em test on Tuesday, May 13. North Bend will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 7-3 league win over Cottage Grove (Cottage Grove, OR). The Tigers record now stands at 10-6.
With the defeat, Marist drops to 12-3 on the year. The Spartans host Marshfield (Coos Bay, OR) to clash with the Pirates in a 4A Sky Em test on Tuesday, May 13. The Pirates go into the test with a record of 8-8.
