Virginia High School Softball - Clarke County bounces Luray

The Clarke County Eagles softball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Luray Bulldogs to 1 in the Eagles non-league win on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 16-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Woodstock for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 13. Clarke County will confront a Falcons team coming off a 20-2 non-league win over Rappahannock County (Washington, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 12-5.
With the loss, Luray moves to 5-10 on the season. The Bulldogs host Strasburg (Strasburg, VA) to confront the Rams in a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 13. The Rams come into the battle with a record of 12-3. Strasburg won 7-3 in their recent non-league battle against Rappahannock County (Washington, VA)
