In Friday's non-league test, the Clinton County Bulldogs (Albany, KY) softball squad the visiting Russell County Lakers (Russell Springs, KY), by a tally of 6-4.
Next, the Bulldogs clash with the Adair County Indians (Columbia, KY) in a non-league test, on Monday, May 12. Clinton County will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record.
The Lakers (12-2) will now prepare for their test against Southwestern (Somerset, KY). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, Southwestern by Madison Southern (Berea, KY), 6-0, in a non-league test.
