Cupertino Pioneers (Cupertino, CA) supporters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA), 20-6 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Cupertino improves its record to 4-9 on the year. The Pioneers host MacDonald (San Jose, CA) to play the Condor in a game on Wednesday, May 14. The Condor enter the game with a record of 0-7. MacDonald lost 20-5 in their recent league game against Palo Alto (Palo Alto, CA)
The Mustangs now hold a 1-1 record.
