The Granada Hills Charter Highlanders softball team scored 9 runs and held the host Taft Toreadors to 0 in the Highlanders league win on Friday.
The Highlanders now possess a 20-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Birmingham for a battle on Monday, May 12.
With the loss, Taft moves to 0-5 on the season. The Toreadors host El Camino Real (Woodland Hills, CA) to confront the Royals in a battle on Monday, May 12. The Royals come into the battle with a record of 8-6. El Camino Real won 11-1 in their recent league battle against Cleveland (Reseda, CA)
