Nevada High School Lacrosse - Bishop Manogue overwhelms Galena

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Bishop Manogue Miners lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-5 triumph over the Galena Grizzlies.

The Miners (15-1) will now prepare for their contest against Truckee North Tahoe (Truckee, CA). The Big Blue go into the non-league contest with a 9-3 record. In their last contest, Truckee North Tahoe held off Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV), 17-10, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Grizzlies meet the Douglas Tigers (Minden, NV) in a non-league contest, on Monday, May 12. Galena will attempt to better on its 5-8 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 8-6 record after their 15-4 non-league win over Reed (Sparks, NV).
