Fans at Friday's league test between the Monticello Mustangs (Charlottesville, VA) and the visiting Charlottesville Black Knights (Charlottesville, VA), witnessed Monticello's lacrosse squad top Charlottesville by a count of 16-2.

The Mustangs (10-1) will now prepare for their test against Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Patriots enter the Jefferson test with a 7-4 record. In their last test, Albemarle thwarted Matoaca (Chesterfield, VA), 17-0, in a non-league test.

Next, the Black Knights battle the Western Albemarle Warriors (Crozet, VA) in a Jefferson test, on Tuesday, May 20. Charlottesville will attempt to move on its 3-9 season record.
