The Yarmouth Clippers triumphed over the host Messalonskee Eagles lacrosse team by a tally of 17-7 in Friday's league match.
Next up, the Clippers confront the North Yarmouth Academy Panthers (Yarmouth, ME) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, May 13. Yarmouth will attempt to improve on its 7-0 season record.
The Eagles (4-3) will now prepare for their match against Mt. Ararat (Topsham, ME). The Eagles enter the Class B match with a 2-5 record. In their last match, Mt. Ararat was overwhelmed by Gardiner (Gardiner, ME), 15-8, in a league match.
