The South Eugene Axe lacrosse squad scored 15 points and limited the visiting Thurston Colts to 0 in the Axe league triumph on Friday.

The Axe now hold a 10-1 record.

With the loss, Thurston falls to 4-9 on the year. The Colts host Roseburg (Roseburg, OR) to clash with the Indians in a Southwest challenge on Tuesday, May 13. The Indians go into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Roseburg lost 15-3 in their recent league challenge against South Eugene (Eugene, OR)
