Oregon High School Softball - Central bounces South Albany

In Friday's league match, the host Central Panthers softball team scored a nice 12-2 victory over the South Albany Redhawks.
The Panthers (13-5) will now prepare for their match against McKay (Salem, OR). The Royal Scots go into the 5A Mid-Willamette match with a 1-18 record. In their last match, McKay was routed by Beaverton (Beaverton, OR), 10-0, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Redhawks battle the Silverton Foxes (Silverton, OR) in a 5A Mid-Willamette test, on Monday, May 12. South Albany will attempt to advance on its 7-13 season record. The Foxes go into the test with a 13-6 record after their 14-7 league win over Crescent Valley (Corvallis, OR).
