Ohio High School Softball - Columbian bounces Sandusky

May 9, 2025: Sandusky, OH 44870

The Columbian Tornadoes softball team scored 18 runs and held the host Sandusky Blue Streaks to 10 in the Tornadoes league win on Friday.

The Tornadoes now sport a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Norwalk for a Sandusky Bay - Lake battle on Monday, May 12. Columbian will encounter a Truckers team coming off a 14-11 league loss to Bellevue (Bellevue, OH). The Truckers record now stands at 9-11.

With the loss, Sandusky moves to 8-11 on the season. The Blue streaks travel to Elyria (Elyria, OH) to encounter the Pioneers in a non-league battle on Monday, May 12. The Pioneers come into the battle with a record of 5-16. Elyria lost 12-0 in their recent league battle against Steele (Amherst, OH)
