Illinois High School Softball - Juarez bounces Cristo Rey Jesuit

In Friday's non-league match, the host Juarez Eagles softball team scored a nice 21-10 victory over the Cristo Rey Jesuit Cristeros.
The Eagles (17-4) will now prepare for their match against Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park (Chicago, IL). The Hawks go into the non-league match with a 12-4 record. In their last match, Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park was routed by Latin (Chicago, IL), 7-6, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Cristeros battle the Holy Trinity Tigers (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Prep match, on Monday, May 12. Cristo Rey Jesuit will attempt to better on its 7-6 season record. The Tigers go into the match with a 4-6 record after their 13-6 league loss to Cristo Rey Jesuit (Chicago, IL).
