Oregon High School Softball - Kennedy bounces Perrydale

May 9, 2025: Amity, OR 97101

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Kennedy Trojans (Mt. Angel, OR) and the host Perrydale Pirates (Amity, OR), observed Kennedy's softball team get by Perrydale by a tally of 13-6.

The Trojans (11-9) will now prepare for their bout against Salem Academy (Salem, OR). The Crusaders go into the bout with a 12-3 record. In their last bout, Salem Academy tipped Western Christian (Salem, OR), 19-0, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Pirates clash with the St. Paul Buckaroos (St. Paul, OR) in a 2A/1A-SD2 Special District 2 bout, on Monday, May 12. Perrydale will attempt to advance on its 10-4 season record. The Buckaroos go into the bout with a 10-7 record after their 10-0 league win over Western Christian (Salem, OR).
