Indiana High School Softball - South Decatur bested by Morristown

The Morristown Yellow Jackets triumphed over the host South Decatur Cougars softball squad by a count of 17-2 in Friday's league challenge.

Next, the Yellow Jackets meet the Triton Central Tigers (Fairland, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, May 10. Morristown will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 11-2 record after their 10-2 non-league win over Lebanon (Lebanon, IN).

The Cougars (5-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Crothersville (Crothersville, IN). The Tigers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last challenge, Crothersville was routed by Austin (Austin, IN), 18-7, in a non-league challenge.
