In Friday's non-league test, the Seaside Spartans (Seaside, CA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting St. Francis Sharks (Watsonville, CA), by a tally of 19-1.

The Sharks (0-6) will now prepare for their test against Greenfield (Greenfield, CA). The Bruins go into the non-league test with a 10-14 record. In their last test, Greenfield toppled Gonzales (Gonzales, CA), 11-2, in a league test.
