The Three Forks Wolves got by the host Troy Trojans softball squad by a count of 12-11 in Friday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Wolves meet the Lincoln County Lions (Eureka, MT) in a Western B North challenge, on Saturday, May 10. Three Forks will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record. The Lions go into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 17-1 league loss to Troy (Troy, MT).
The Trojans (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Ennis (Ennis, MT). The Mustangs go into the non-league challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Ennis was nudged by Florence-Carlton (Florence, MT), 12-1, in a league challenge.
