Virginia High School Baseball - Cox loses to Great Bridge

Great Bridge Wildcats (Chesapeake, VA) followers left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Cox Falcons (Virginia Beach, VA), 12-2 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Great Bridge moves its record to 13-4 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Hickory (Chesapeake, VA) to battle the Hawks in a Southeastern match on Tuesday, May 12. The Hawks come into the match with a record of 13-5. Hickory won 5-3 in their recent league match against Grassfield (Chesapeake, VA)

The Falcons now possess a 16-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Green Run for a Beach match on Tuesday, May 12. Cox will battle a Stallions squad coming off a 12-0 league loss to Princess Anne (Virginia Beach, VA). The Stallions record now stands at 0-18.
