The Denver Cyclones routed the visiting Nashua-Plainfield Huskies softball squad by a final score of 16-0 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Cyclones (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Columbus (Waterloo, IA). The Sailors go into the North Iowa Cedar - Central battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Columbus notched a victory over AGWSR (Ackley, IA), 10-9, in a non-league battle.

The Huskies now possess a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to North Butler for a non-league battle on Monday, June 3. Nashua-Plainfield will confront a Bearcats squad coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to Clarksville (Clarksville, IA). The Bearcats record now stands at 0-6.
