In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Stanton Vikings baseball team scored a tight 9-2 victory over the Griswold Tigers.
The Vikings (6-5) will now prepare for their game against Shenandoah (Shenandoah, IA). The Mustangs go into the non-league game with a 10-7 record. In their last game, Shenandoah tipped Red Oak (Red Oak, IA), 8-6, in a non-league game.
The Tigers (5-3) will now prepare for their game against IKM/Manning (Manning, IA). The Wolves go into the non-league game with a 7-6 record.
