The Knights (4-5) will now prepare for their battle against Grundy Center (Grundy Center, IA). The Spartans enter the non-league battle with a 10-1 record. In their last battle, Grundy Center prevailed over Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, IA), 14-4, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Pirates face the Gladbrook-Reinbeck Rebels (Reinbeck, IA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, June 11. Hudson will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Rebels enter the battle with a 3-10 record after their 12-3 league loss to East Marshall (Le Grand, IA).
