The AHSTW Vikings softball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Tri-Center Trojans to 5 in the Vikings league win on Tuesday.

The Vikings now sport a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Logan-Magnolia for a Western Iowa battle on Thursday, June 12. AHSTW will confront a Panthers team coming off a 3-2 league win over Audubon (Audubon, IA). The Panthers record now stands at 5-3.

With the loss, Tri-Center moves to 2-7 on the season. The Trojans host Lincoln (Council Bluffs, IA) to confront the Lynx in a non-league battle on Wednesday, June 11. The Lynx come into the battle with a record of 2-10. Lincoln lost 12-5 in their recent league battle against Le Mars (Le Mars, IA)
