The Warriors now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cardinal for a non-league battle on Wednesday, June 11. Van Buren County will confront a Comets team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Centerville (Centerville, IA). The Comets record now stands at 3-6.

With the loss, Danville moves to 5-7 on the season. The Bears host Holy Trinity Catholic (Fort Madison, IA) to confront the Crusaders in a SE IA Super - South battle on Thursday, June 12. The Crusaders come into the battle with a record of 9-5. Holy Trinity Catholic lost 4-2 in their recent league battle against Central Lee (Donnellson, IA)
