In Saturday's non-league contest, the Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI) softball team held off the visiting Toll Gate Titans (Warwick, RI), by a margin of 6-5.
With the triumph, Mt. Hope moves its record to 22-5 on the year. The Huskies travel to Prout (Wakefield, RI) to play the Crusaders in a non-league contest on Sunday, June 12. The Crusaders come into the contest with a record of 23-3. Prout won 10-9 in their recent non-league contest against Toll Gate (Warwick, RI)
