In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Ottumwa Bulldogs baseball team scored a nice 16-0 win over the Marshalltown Bobcats.
The Bulldogs (13-4) will now prepare for their game against Decorah-North Winneshiek (Decorah, IA). The Vikings go into the non-league game with a 9-2 record. In their last game, Decorah-North Winneshiek knocked off Charles City (Charles City, IA), 10-7, in a league game.
Next, the Bobcats play the Mason City Mohawks (Mason City, IA) in a Alliance Conference - North game, on Thursday, June 12. Marshalltown will attempt to improve on its 4-11 season record. The Mohawks go into the game with a 11-6 record after their 15-8 non-league win over Lincoln (Des Moines, IA).
