The Sibley-Ocheyedan Generals baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Sheldon Orabs to 7 in the Generals non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Generals (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City, IA). The Dutchmen enter the non-league contest with a 10-4 record. In their last contest, MOC-Floyd Valley held off West Lyon (Inwood, IA), 5-3, in a non-league contest.

The Orabs now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Okoboji for a non-league contest on Friday, June 14. Sheldon will play a Pioneers squad coming off a 18-15 non-league loss to North Union (Armstrong, IA). The Pioneers record now stands at 6-8.
