In Wednesday's league contest, the Ridge View Raptors (Holstein, IA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Lawton-Bronson Eagles (Lawton, IA), by a margin of 12-2.
With the triumph, Ridge View moves its record to 6-7 on the year. The Raptors host Kingsley-Pierson (Kingsley, IA) to play the Panthers in a Western Valley contest on Thursday, June 13. The Panthers come into the contest with a record of 8-8. Kingsley-Pierson lost 13-10 in their recent league contest against Woodbury Central (Moville, IA)
In their next game, the Eagles play the Hinton Blackhawks (Hinton, IA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, June 18. Lawton-Bronson will attempt to move on its 1-16 season record.
