With the triumph, West Delaware moves its record to 5-10 on the year. The Hawks host MFL MarMac (Monona, IA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Friday, June 14. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a record of 1-7. MFL MarMac lost 12-9 in their recent league contest against Turkey Valley (Jackson Junction, IA)

In their next game, the Vikings play the Mt. Vernon Mustangs (Mt. Vernon, IA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, June 17. Vinton-Shellsburg will attempt to move on its 7-16 season record. The Mustangs come into the contest with a 20-7 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Nevada (Nevada, IA).
