In Thursday's non-league bout, the Aplington-Parkersburg Falcons (Parkersburg, IA) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Union Knights (La Porte City, IA), by a score of 7-0.

Next up, the Falcons encounter the Belmond-Klemme Broncos (Belmond, IA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, June 13. Aplington-Parkersburg will attempt to advance on its 7-6 season record.
