The Messalonskee Eagles (Oakland, ME) baseball trounced the visiting Mt. Blue Cougars (Farmington, ME), 11-3 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 10-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bangor for a non-league challenge on Saturday, June 14. Messalonskee will clash with a Rams team coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Brunswick (Brunswick, ME). The Rams record now stands at 12-5.

With the defeat, Mt. Blue drops to 11-6 on the year.
