Carrabec Cobras (North Anson, ME) supporters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Valley Cavaliers (Bingham, ME), 13-7 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Carrabec improves its record to 14-2 on the year. The Cobras travel to Buckfield (Buckfield, ME) to face the Bucks in a non-league game on Saturday, June 14. The Bucks enter the game with a record of 17-1. Buckfield won 9-0 in their recent non-league game against Forest Hills (Jackman, ME)

The Cavaliers now hold a 9-7 record.
