In Thursday's non-league match, the host Wapello Indians softball team scored a nice 10-0 victory over the WACO Warriors.

The Indians (7-5) will now prepare for their match against Highland (Riverside, IA). The Huskies go into the SE IA Super - North match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Highland gained a win over Pekin (Packwood, IA), 9-7, in a league match.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Danville Bears (Danville, IA) in a non-league match, on Friday, June 13. WACO will attempt to better on its 0-8 season record. The Bears go into the match with a 5-7 record after their 8-6 league loss to Van Buren County (Keosauqua, IA).
