The Lamoni Demons routed the host Moulton-Udell Eagles softball squad by a count of 19-4 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Demons (6-7) will now prepare for their battle against Orient-Macksburg (Orient, IA). The Bulldogs go into the Bluegrass - West battle with a 8-6 record. In their last battle, Orient-Macksburg topped East Union (Afton, IA), 13-1, in a non-league battle.

The Eagles now sport a 0-11 record. They play next when they host Twin Cedars for a non-league battle on Friday, June 14. Moulton-Udell will meet a Sabers squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Murray (Murray, IA). The Sabers record now stands at 9-5.
