The Glidden-Ralston Wildcats overwhelmed the host Boyer Valley Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 12-2 in Friday's league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats meet the Kuemper Knights (Carroll, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, June 14. Glidden-Ralston will attempt to upgrade on its 9-1 season record. The Knights go into the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 11-4 non-league loss to West Monona (Onawa, IA).
The Bulldogs (2-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Ar-We-Va (Westside, IA). The Rockets go into the Rolling Valley challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Ar-We-Va was routed by Glidden-Ralston (Glidden, IA), 9-0, in a league challenge.
