Spectators at Friday's league match between the East Sac County Raiders (Lake View, IA) and the visiting South Central Calhoun Titans (Lake City, IA), witnessed East Sac County's softball squad prevail over South Central Calhoun by a count of 13-1.

The Raiders now sport a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to Sioux Central for a Twin Lakes match on Monday, June 17. East Sac County will face a Rebels squad coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Pocahontas (Pocahontas, IA). The Rebels record now stands at 12-5.

With the loss, South Central Calhoun moves to 0-12 on the season. The Titans host Storm Lake St. Mary (Storm Lake, IA) to face the Panthers in a Twin Lakes match on Monday, June 17.
