Sheldon Orabs (Sheldon, IA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Okoboji Pioneers (Milford, IA), 15-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Orabs now own a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Unity Christian for a non-league challenge on Monday, June 17. Sheldon will face a Knights squad coming off a 10-6 non-league win over Sioux Center (Sioux Center, IA). The Knights record now stands at 9-3.

With the loss, Okoboji falls to 2-9 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City, IA) to face the Dutchmen in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, June 18. The Dutchmen enter the challenge with a record of 11-5. MOC-Floyd Valley won 9-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Sergeant Bluff-Luton (Sergeant Bluff, IA)
