The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Center Point-Urbana Stormin' Pointers (Center Point, IA) and the visiting West Delaware Hawks (Manchester, IA), observed Center Point-Urbana's softball team get by West Delaware by a final score of 3-2.

The Stormin' Pointers (13-8) will now prepare for their bout against Grinnell (Grinnell, IA). The Tigers go into the WaMaC-West bout with a 14-2 record. In their last bout, Grinnell tipped Jefferson (Cedar Rapids, IA), 3-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Hawks battle the Independence Mustangs (Independence, IA) in a WaMaC-East bout, on Monday, June 16. West Delaware will attempt to better on its 9-6 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 3-16 record after their 6-4 non-league loss to Decorah-North Winneshiek (Decorah, IA).
