The Collins-Maxwell got by the visiting Roland-Story Norsemen softball squad by a count of 15-14 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the meet the Clarksville Indians (Clarksville, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, June 16. Collins-Maxwell will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Indians go into the challenge with a 12-0 record after their 4-0 non-league win over GMG (Garwin, IA).
The Norsemen (9-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Nevada (Nevada, IA). The Cubs go into the Heart of Iowa challenge with a 2-10 record.
