The North Scott Lancers baseball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting Davenport Central Blue Devils to 0 in the Lancers non-league win on Monday.
The Lancers now hold a 9-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Maquoketa for a non-league test on Wednesday, June 18. North Scott will play a Cardinals team coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Independence (Independence, IA). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-15.
With the defeat, Davenport Central drops to 4-11 on the year. The Blue devils travel to Waterloo East (Waterloo, IA) to play the Trojans in a non-league test on Wednesday, June 18. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 4-12. Waterloo East won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Waterloo West (Waterloo, IA)
