The North Union Warriors softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host West Hancock Eagles to 0 in the Warriors league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, North Union moves its record to 11-8 on the year. The Warriors host Garner-Hayfield/Ventura (Garner, IA) to clash with the Cardinals in a Top of Iowa-West game on Tuesday, June 18. The Cardinals come into the game with a record of 1-14. Garner-Hayfield/Ventura lost 16-3 in their recent league game against Belmond-Klemme (Belmond, IA)

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the South Hamilton Hawks (Jewell, IA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, June 18. West Hancock will attempt to move on its 2-13 season record. The Hawks come into the game with a 10-12 record after their 8-6 non-league loss to West Marshall (State Center, IA).
