The Grand View Christian Thunder softball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting Greene County Rams to 3 in the Thunder non-league win on Tuesday.

The Thunder now possess a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ankeny Christian Academy for a non-league battle on Tuesday, June 17. Grand View Christian will confront a team coming off a 10-8 league win over Murray (Murray, IA). The record now stands at 7-1.

With the loss, Greene County moves to 6-8 on the season. The Rams travel to Prairie City-Monroe (Monroe, IA) to confront the Mustangs in a Heart of Iowa battle on Wednesday, June 18. The Mustangs come into the battle with a record of 13-1. Prairie City-Monroe won 4-2 in their recent non-league battle against East Marshall (Le Grand, IA)
