The Wilton Beavers softball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Central DeWitt to 6 in the Beavers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Wilton improves its record to 14-11 on the year. The Beavers travel to Sigourney (Sigourney, IA) to clash with the Savages in a non-league game on Thursday, June 20. The Savages come into the game with a record of 16-5.
In their next game, the clash with the Cascade Cougars (Cascade, IA) in a non-league game, on Friday, June 21. Central DeWitt will attempt to improve on its 6-19 season record. The Cougars come into the game with a 6-3 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Maquoketa (Maquoketa, IA).
