The Sergeant Bluff-Luton Warriors routed the visiting Sioux City East Black Raiders softball squad by a count of 11-4 in Tuesday's non-league battle.
The Warriors (17-4) will now prepare for their battle against Bishop Heelan Catholic (Sioux City, IA). The Crusaders go into the non-league battle with a 8-7 record. In their last battle, Bishop Heelan Catholic nudged Central Springs (Manly, IA), 21-4, in a non-league battle.
The Black Raiders now sport a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to Le Mars for a non-league battle on Thursday, June 20. Sioux City East will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Sioux City West (Sioux City, IA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-9.
