The crowd at Wednesday's league battle between the Turkey Valley Trojans (Jackson Junction, IA) and the host Postville Pirates (Postville, IA), saw Turkey Valley's baseball team gain a win over Postville by a tally of 10-4.

The Trojans (6-14) will now prepare for their battle against South Winneshiek (Calmar, IA). The Warriors enter the Upper Iowa battle with a 11-10 record. In their last battle, South Winneshiek held off Clayton-Ridge (Guttenburg, IA), 12-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Pirates face the Clarksville Indians (Clarksville, IA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, June 20. Postville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 2-10 record after their 11-4 non-league loss to BCLUW (Conrad, IA).
