North Mahaska Warhawks (New Sharon, IA) backers left the game pleased Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Lynnville-Sully Hawks (Sully, IA), 13-11 in a league game.

With the triumph, North Mahaska upgrades its record to 6-11 on the year. The Warhawks host B-G-M (Brooklyn, IA) to play the Bears in a South Iowa Cedar game on Friday, June 21. The Bears enter the game with a record of 11-7.

The Hawks now own a 8-13 record. They play next when they travel to Montezuma for a South Iowa Cedar game on Friday, June 21. Lynnville-Sully will play a Braves squad coming off a 12-2 league win over Colfax-Mingo (Colfax, IA). The Braves record now stands at 8-8.
