Rhode Island High School Softball - St. Raphael Academy bounces Smithfield

St. Raphael Academy Saints (Pawtucket, RI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Smithfield Sentinels (Esmond, RI), 11-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Saints now own a 15-7 record. They take the field next when they host Cranston West for a non-league challenge on Monday, June 6. St. Raphael Academy will battle a Falcons squad coming off a 5-2 non-league win over St. Mary Academy-Bay View (East Providence, RI). The Falcons record now stands at 15-7.
With the loss, Smithfield falls to 12-8 on the campaign. The Sentinels travel to La Salle Academy (Providence, RI) to battle the Rams in a non-league challenge on Saturday, June 4. The Rams enter the challenge with a record of 14-6.
